Your role
- Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure product functionality and reliability.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs, working closely with software engineers to address and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with product designers and software engineers to verify new features and functionality during the development cycle.
- Contribute to test planning and recommend improvements to QA and support workflows.
- Assist in maintaining and updating technical documentation, guides, and FAQs to streamline support processes.
- Collaborate with our community manager to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by our users promptly and effectively.
